General Cleaning Procedure

  • Pre-rinse membrane with RO-permeate water.

  • Prepare cleaning solution using Genesol product as recommended (typically 2–4%).

  • Circulate at low pressure, heating if needed (25–40°C).

  • Soak if required (30–60 minutes depending on product).

  • Drain and rinse system thoroughly.

  • Check pH during cleaning — if it rises/falls out of spec, replace solution.
