Warranty Policy
  • One years’ warranty of all electrical parts (replacement warranty)
  • After every 3 Months, free Schedule service work will be provided by us in warranty period.
  • No warranty for filter cartridge, Faucet and reservoir tank.
  • Warranty will void if the machine is used over the capacity.
  • Warranty will not apply if Faculty handling, damage in transit & accident.
  • Warranty will not apply in case of electrical equipment are operated at fluctuating voltage or high/low voltage or other than specified.
Conditions
  • Customer should provide the raw water line and electricity line near to the space of water purifier.
  • We do not provide any electric wiring or plumbing work.
